Pablo Casals is a stunning beachside penthouse in one of Marbella´s very best locations. The accommodation is located in the centre of Marbella and has stunning beach and mountain views. All that the old town of Marbella has to offer is on walking distance from the accommodation.
The Space:
This renovation penthouse has a terrace that goes around the building with a BQQ and lounge area, and a separate sun deck located on the other side to enjoy the sun of Marbella.
Guest Access:
All guests have access to the full accommodation. This includes the living space, bedrooms, bathrooms and terrace.
The Neighborhood:
Many bars, shops and restaurants are located just around the corner of the accommodation. The harbour of Marbella is just a few minutes away.
Getting Around:
As you are located in the Centre of the old town, you can get around by taxi or busses. If you are interested in exploring more of the surrounded areas, we would advise to get around by rental car.
Other Things to Note:
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. The key collection is done via a lockbox. The lockbox is 9 minutes from the accommodation and the instructions are provided one day prior to your arrival.
9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
10. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us.
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
