This property combines rest and fun in a family atmosphere, with space to relax from dawn to dusk under the Málaga sun. The house has three double bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, ideal for families or small groups. Additionally, it has a full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet for greater comfort.

The spacious living-dining room connects to a fully equipped interior kitchen, while outside you will find an outdoor kitchen next to the barbecue, perfect for al fresco meals next to the private pool. The porch surrounds the house, offering an ideal place for breakfasts or to watch the children while they have fun in the pool. The orientation of the house ensures sun and shade areas all day long, perfect for any season.

Additionally, the neighbourhood is welcoming and safe for children, which makes it an ideal option for families.
