As soon as you arrive at this beautiful holiday home, you will find a modern and bright environment for you to enjoy a well-deserved rest. This house, which has been recently renovated and decorated in a beautiful contemporary style, features all the comforts for an unforgettable stay.

Its maximum capacity of 4 people allows you to enjoy your holiday with your loved one; it is also ideal for two couples or a family with two children.

In the house, you will have at your disposal two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; these two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The living area, decorated in relaxing neutral colours, offers a comfortable sofa to unwind in front of the fireplace on colder days. A separate kitchen equipped with modern appliances completes the layout of the flat.

Both bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

The house has fiber optic internet, 100MB of speed.

Outside, you will find a lovely porch with an outdoor dining area, although the icing on the cake is undoubtedly the beautiful private swimming pool, surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden. Here, you can enjoy long hours under the Malaga sun, without worrying about anything but your own relaxation.

The villa doesn't have a barbeque because of its location, in a protected area. For this reason, there is an electric grill at your disposal.

Access to the house is possible through a paved lane.

Once again we have had a wonderful stay. Much cooler than we were expecting but the hosting family provided us with every comfort. Did a lot of walking and drinking of cafe con leches in various little cafes which was wonderful Can’t wait for our next stay in March

I think we probably part own this home now 😂 having booked and stayed so often over the years We just love the finca, the area and the tranquil surroundings. We feel like “locals” when going for breakfast and are now welcomed as such. People are so friendly The family whom own the finca are just the nicest people you could meet and are the perfect hosts. They can’t do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay in their home We have another 6 stays booked already just to ensure we can stay,as word is out about what a lovely home this is and you have to get in quick 🥰

The host was very friendly and she made sure that we had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The house was perfectly placed for getting with lightning speed on a highway that took us on every top spotted place in Andalusia. Also supermarkets very close (2-3 mins drive).

Finca is lovely, owners are just amazing but sadly the weather let us down this time. Never have we known rain like it in March and on some days it just never stopped. We love to just explore the local area and sit by the pool in the sunshine but it wasn’t shining this time Happy to say we are back in a few weeks and have booked 3 more trips

Lovely place to stay.

We stayed at this property as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 young girls (almost 2 and 4). The first impressions were from our host Miriam, who was absolutely brilliant before we even took off to Malaga, talking us through the process of how to get to the property and how to open the key safe. Her father would regularly clean the pool for us and we didn’t even hear him. Just found the pool clean of a morning. The Property is beautiful, perfect for our family, the outdoor seating is lovely at night and the pool area is amazing, we couldn’t get our girls out the pool! The house itself was so lovely and clean, two lovely bedrooms and a big living room to chill after a day in the sun. The kitchen is very modern and has everything you need. The Villa is quite secluded, around 10-15 mins in a taxi to Benalmedina and Torremelinos, UBER took us anywhere we wanted to go, easy to use while you stay there. There is a town close to the property which is also lovely, a lot quieter, beautiful restaurants, who our host Miriam recommended to us. Airport 12 minutes away too. All in all it was an amazing holiday and we had a lovely time in a lovely place, it was a lovely break. Thank you to Miriam and her family for looking after us.

Die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß im Pool und wir hatten auch Spaß auf dem schönen Bett im Garten. Das Cottage war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Bett und die Kissen waren fantastisch! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Ein Mietwagen wird empfohlen. Man kommt überall schnell hin, aber zu Fuß ist es einfach zu weit. Auch Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Die Familie des Hauses ist SUPER freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir geben diesem Aufenthalt eine dicke 10! Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wenn wir jemals wieder nach Malaga kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall an diesen fantastischen Ort zurückkehren.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist schön, man hat alles was man braucht. Kommunikation unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank dafür. Leider führt hinter dem Haus eine Schnellstraße lang, uns war es zu laut. Dazu kommt noch Fluglärm. Leider ist es nicht sehr ruhig, wie in einigen Bewertungen zu lesen ist. Wen das nicht stört, hat einen schönen Aufenthalt. Mietwagen unbedingt von Vorteil. Strand / Malaga in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Wir sind eine Familie, die dieses Haus gewählt hat, um sich für ein paar Tage vom Arbeitsalltag und der Hektik der Stadt zu lösen, und ohne Zweifel haben wir dies erreicht und sind sehr zufrieden mit der Erfahrung. Der Komfort, den es bietet, ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, es ist ideal, um die Sonne draußen zu genießen, auch in den Wintermonaten, und der Innenraum ist auch komplett ausgestattet, um ein gutes Essen oder einen Nachmittag in der Wärme des Kamins zu genießen. Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso wie die Kommunikation mit ihnen während des Aufenthalts, da sie nicht zögern, Ihnen bei unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen zu helfen. Wir waren so glücklich, dass wir, als wir Ende Februar nach Hause kamen, beschlossen, eine weitere Reservierung für den Sommer vorzunehmen, als nur noch wenige Tage übrig waren. 100% empfehlenswert, in jeder Hinsicht!

Stor, dejlig pool og helt privat område inden kan se ind til (eller komme ind til) da der er porte man kan lukke og låse. Der er alt hvad der skal være i køkkenet til at kunne lave mad. Indkøb ligger 1 km væk. Huset ligger i fred og ro. Man kan hører en vej lidt, men ikke et problem for os. Kørsel til alle costa del sol byerne tager ca. 15 min.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, zwei Wochen in dieser Villa zu bleiben. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Villa war genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt, makellos sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Der Außenpool ist toll und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land, aber Ubers kann leicht zu den wichtigsten Orten von Malaga gebracht werden, wenn Sie kein Auto haben. Die Villa ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und hoffe, bald wiederzukommen.

Wir haben diese Gegend in den letzten 4 Jahren wahrscheinlich 20 Mal besucht, aber diese Reise war bei weitem die beste. Von der Buchung bis zur Ankunft war alles so reibungslos und stressfrei. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Besitzer. Rustikale Finca, die kürzlich sehr geschmackvoll renoviert wurde, um allen Komfort zu bieten, den Sie sich wünschen können Schöne Obstschale bei der Ankunft und eine Flasche Rotwein Schöner Pool, ideal für ein Bad, wenn die Sonne scheint. Uber / Taxi / Autofahrt ca. 10 Minuten nach Alhaurin oder 25 Minuten zu Fuß bergauf zur Bushaltestelle. Aldi auch an der Spitze des Hügels. Praktisch zu haben und all das Gehen hat uns fit gehalten. Wir haben es so sehr geliebt, dass wir nächstes Jahr weitere 4 Reisen gebucht haben
