It offers 5 bedrooms and spacious accommodation set ever 3 floors, making it an extremely versatile chalet for groups of all dynamics. With its own sauna and jacuzzi to the first floor - it offers breath-taking views of Montgenevre and the surrounding landscape.



Entrance to first floor, comprising:

Open plan kitchen with built in oven, large American fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with large dining table and seating
Lounge hosting wood-burner (wood supplied)
Bedroom 1 : Master bedroom with ensuite bath and shower room
Large patio doors to terrace and BBQ area

Spiral staircase to first floor:
