Perfect location.

Excellent owner communication, like having a concierge 24/7. Walking distance to the beach, away from crowds and noise but close enough to all of it at the same time.

Good place

My friend and I stayed at this location for 4 nights, the property was well kept and was as listed, the location is close to all of the action and easy to find, the pool was amazing and the rooms were comfortable, our only complaint is that the heated water did not work properly, while taking showers the water would suddenly get cold and would barely get hot again, I wrote to the point of contact in order to get the issue resolved but the issue remained. Besides having to take a few cold showers the stay at this location was enjoyable.
