The PERFECT stay!

Juan Carlos has an absolute gem in this property! I’ll recommend it to everyone I know headed to the Pacific side of CR, if for no other reason than Juan Carlos is the perfect host. But there ARE other reasons! There’s room for a family retreat, a guy’s getaway, a Girl’s Only trip, or, as in our case, just a couple trying to get out of town. It was perfect!

We stayed in the Gecko house. The terrace seating area is pleasantly surrounded with lush, colorful vegetation. The sound of the ocean is relaxing, and the convenience of the beach a minutes walk away delightful. After a long, and several times delayed, trip my husband and I arrived very late, hungry, thirsty and way too tired. A bowl of healthy snacks and plenty of ice cold water was on hand, and greatly appreciated. Juan Carlos is a good, and prompt, communicator. We had no questions unanswered, and enjoyed the comfort of Casa Gecko.For families or groups the property offers both privacy and commradery. Each building has it's own bedroom. The patio area offers seating and a table for cards or dining. The pool is just steps off of the patio area.This property is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown strip to offer quiet, while close enough to be there in minutes.Highly recommended. And yes, the AC works wonderfully.
