GREAT Location and property!

Absolutely the best location. Close the the main street and walkable to pretty much everything there. The pool is awesome the the rooms pretty good. Washer and dryer were a big help.

Great location in Jaco—

House had everything you need. Pool was a bit chilly, but just jump in! House had everything you need in the kitchen, and is in a great spot to get to anything in Jaco. Supermarkets and everything are super close, we used the gas grill every night. Will be back for sure.

Great place to stay.

Overall, this is a good place to stay in Jaco. Great location (close to everything), nice home, nice pool. We were a party of two and really enjoyed ourselves. Only dings were that we couldn’t get the pool lights to work (even after following given instructions) and the TV in the living room has pixel color issues. May be time to replace the TV. Other than this, I’d definitely return and would recommend the place to others.

Will Come Back

We spent five weeks at this property and it suited our needs perfectly. The location, both with regards to the beach and to all of the wonderful amenities available at Jaco (restaurants, grocery stores, bars, live music etc) could not have been better. A short walk to everything! Also the house was very clean and had everything that we needed and Sergio was a great host. Only reason that I did not give 5 stars was that there were a few things that could use some updating ( especially appliances :) ) but Sergio did mention right at the outset that that was in the plans.

Great property in a great location

Just spent 48 days at the property and had a great time. The property was in a great location to walk or cab anywhere. Serigio took care of anything that came up, which was rare. The house is older by very functional and would definitely consider it again.
