Great Jaco Casa w/Pool-1 block to Main St & Beach!

Great Jaco House - 1 block to Main Street & 1 more to the beach! You can spend your time getting to know the action in Jaco from the beach, shops, restaurants, bars & more. This all is a quick walk from the house. The house was recently remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a spacious open living area. There is a/c throughout. There is ample outdoor space to relax and enjoy the garden and private pool in back. The covered patio has ample dining and sitting areas with a BBQ too. We also have security cameras on site, we recommend you unplug the one at the pool and then plug it back in when you leave. We keep them there because we live in USA and need to keep an eye on the house to make sure the pool gets cleaned and the gardener is doing a good job.

New Year’s in Jaco

3 of us stayed here for a week over New Year’s. It was excellent from the communication with our host, Matthew to the location of the house. House is 1 block away from the main st where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars etc. If you are looking for outdoor adventures, Matthew can help with all that. It was a great trip and I would absolutely stay here again.Mark

We absolutely loved our stay in Jaco! Our hosts were so helpful and accommodating. The house is well furnished and comfortable. The A/C was a huge bonus. The location is absolutely perfect right within walking distance or a quick cab ride to anything you need. And I cannot say enough about the neighborhood and neighbors and how they look out for each other! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to Jaco. It was a perfect place to spend our Christmas!

Multiple problems over three week period

First of all the place was nice and I recognize most of the problems we had were out of the host’s control, so I won’t list them all here. His communication was great and he worked hard to resolve everything. Internet went down and required an outside wire replaced. The pool was amazing and location was great but the neighbors dogs barking at all hours got old. Floor and pool grout needs repairs. Checking was a little difficult because we couldn’t find which house. It really needs new pillows. They were flat and stained. Again we had multiple problems but he resolved them. The overall rating is low because we had so many.

I will call it my home away from home

This is a very good place to stay. It was my second stay here and it was great a few problems but that was to be expected due to the flooding that happened a few weeks before I arrived, but the owner was great and I mean he was great, every thing that went wrong was taken care of in less than a few hours. The place is very secure and the pool was good place to relax in. you are in walking distance to everything in town. I will stay here again.

Best place ever!

The Villa was amazing, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent to shops and Main Street in Jaco. About 2 blocks from the beach, can’t ask for better! Great property, super clean and great communication with owner. Highly recommended!

Great Location and back yard oasis

Very secure and private outdoor space ...We spent a lot of time in the pool. Close to everything..a little farther to the beach than expected but very well located. There was no dish washer as stated and some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. We recommend that small improvements in kitchen supplies would made a huge difference. When we arrived the bathroom was flooded and we discovered someone had removed the AC hose from the drain and the condensation pouring on the floor. We were able to stop that by fitting it into the same drain as the washing machine.

This property is located perfectly next to a grocery store, park, restaurant(s), tour agency and most importantly THE BEACH! It is very private and secure and within walking distance to everything.

What makes this property unique

We are only a block away from the main street in Jaco. There is a grocery store across the street from our house as well as amazing restaurants steps away. No need in renting a car when staying at our place, everything is right there!
