The accommodations were as expected. The pool is smaller than picture, but it was good for lounging. The rooms are spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults. Tony is a great host. The complex is safe and an easy walk to restaurants and town. Overall, a very good value.Thank you Tony!

Our family (5 adults) had a fabulous time in Jaco Beach. Tony’s home was a fantastic place to stay. Safe, close to markets, groceries, great restaurants and the beach. The house was very clean, well stocked, quiet and the pool was appreciated on the hot days!! Amazing Stay and great host

The house was very clean, in a great location, with an amazing pool. Tony the host was very helpful. He helped set up excursions, restaurant recommendations, and was extremely fast at answering questions. I would recommend his place and plan to stay again on my next trip to Jaco.

The property manager was great

The property owner was very polite. He reached out and offered to help with anything. He was also responsive to questions and did his best to accommodate any requests. I will recommend this location to anyone, especially to folks traveling with family.

Quite gated condo

The Condo is very close to Main Street of Jaco, many restaurants and bars close by. Can walk to beach if not trying to take a lot with you. Pool area small but private. We had an issue with A/C not working in main part of house, owner was willing and trying to get it fixed quickly, but didn’t work almost our entire stay, (4nights) which was disappointing to be on a family trip and be confined to bedrooms for A/C. Owner did recommend some restaurants which were great. About an hour drive to Manuel Antonio national park.

This is the one

You pull up to a gated community close to everything that you want or need. The house is clean and has everything that you could ever need and even a bike that you can use. The house has an amazing little pool with a lounge area out front and a chill back porch for relaxing. There is AC in every room to keep everyone happy. High-speed internet to plan everything you want to do and a kitchen with everything that you need. This place is close to the beach,shops, bars and restaurants. This place is a one stop shop that does it all. If we come back going to stay here for sure. The host even stayed in touch with us the whole trip and got us local contacts for tour and events.

I am very familiar with Costa Rica as I studied and lived there in 2006. My property in Jacó its located in a perfect location for travelers. It is only 10 minutes walking to the beach and downtown.
