Traditionally decorated to a high standard, it enjoys private, enviable views over the Mennock Pass and Lowther Hills, yet is just under 3 miles to the town of Sanquhar with its amenities. With a spacious living room, seperate dining room, master bedroom with King Size double bed and second bedroom with two single beds. A shower room, and well equipped kitchen with range cooker.
