Dreamy Naxian Villa with pool and jacuzzi

The villa will offer a LUXURIOUS holiday experience for a family or two, as well for a group of friends. Villa Sole is the perfect place for a RELAXING holiday with the luxury of simplicity!
The outdoor areas is the best of the best, huge dining table (for 10 people), bar, kitchen, lounge, jacuzzi, pool and showers, all with a very big pergola giving shade and a cozy feeling. The garden is a sophisticated mix of cactuses of various kinds, decorated with beautiful pepples.


Our management company will welcome you as well as being at your disposal for any enquires your might have.

The villa is situated in a context of other villas and hotels nearby. The area is very quiet and only 3 km from Naxos Town. It is though necessary to have a transport mean (car, bike or similar). The house has a private shaded parking with space for 2 cars.

There if FULL access to all rooms and facilities during your stay. It is a villa, which is YOURS during your vacation. During off season November to March Pool and jacuzzi is NOT available!

Villa Sole is a private villa, located in Stelida, very close to the beach and with fantastic view to the sea and to Naxos Town.

The villa will offer a LUXURIOUS holiday experience for a family or two, as well for a group of friends. The house has a nice big open plan kitchen and a beautiful living room with in-built sofa, 3 full bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, external shower with warm water, a wonderful BIG pool and an outdoor living area that match all your dreams about a Greek vacation. A fully equipped kitchen with island in the living room and an outdoor kitchen complete the villa. Sleeps comfortable 6 - 8 persons.

If the house itself is wonderful, the OUTDOOR area is even more, a 3,5 X 11 meter swimming pool offers our guest a unique experience, sitting on the big steps in the pool, enjoying the freshness and watching the sea, if the pool is too fresh an hour in our open air jacuzzi (also this with seaview) can maybe help you and finally after a wonderful shower in our warm water outdoor double shower.

All the while other members of your family or friend group prepare drinks and dinner on our big outdoor kitchen island (with sink, BBQ and cooker), to conclude we have also made a HUGE sofa area under the shade with big pillows, plants and great atmosphere, as well as a big built-in dining table.

Villa Sole is the perfect place for a RELAXING holiday with the luxury of simplicity!

Amazing villa in Naxos

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at the villa and had amazing communication with our host. The villa is clean, updated, and well kept. It is a short 5-10 minute taxi into town which was convenient. Would definitely recommend this place as comfortable and beautiful place to stay in Naxos!

A wonderful holiday, location is great, 5 min. To town, and a small exclusive beach 3 min. Walk from the house! All kind of amenities available and the outdoor area is really very nice! The huge couch next to the jacuzzi is THE place for relax! Thanks for letting us stay there!

Great Location- close to everything!

We loved Villa Sole!! It is about a 5 min drive to the beach- Agios Prokopios- we spent multiple days there, great beach, lots of sun beds, and 10 minutes to Naxos Town. We also walked down to the cute Hotel Villa Marandi and had a drink at their bar one day and dinner at the restaurant- it was amazing!

Naxos beauty

Beautiful home and gorgeous pool and hot tub. Short walk to beautiful quiet beach. Beautifully decorated and designed. Wish we would have had longer time to stay. Property manager arranged a tour of the island for us that was perfect and made us love Naxos even more. Have to come back!!

Wow, what a villa! Absolutely sensational in every respect and the outdoor area is particularly special. Plenty of space to sit both out in the sun and in a lovely shaded seating area, great for family BBQ's at night. We loved the pool and also spent ages in the Jacuzzi in the evenings. Sheltered, relatively private setting with some lovely sea views, a short walk down to a pretty beach and just a 6 minute drive to a fantastic beach strip and restaurants. A first class experience and thank you to Mathaios for a great reception and good communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Family Visit

Nice location and easy to find. Hosts were very responsive. It was a help to have the laundry there. Not a lot of common area room inside for eating or game playing. A toaster would be a nice add. One bath towel was stained dirty but that miss can happen to anyone and there were plenty more.

Beautiful Vacation Home

I’ve rented homes before on different islands, and I have to say this was one of the best, Villa Sole was exceptional. It sparkled inside and out. We used the pool several times a day but never got to try out the hot tub. We were in Naxos for 6 days when the temperature was closing in on 100 F. The ac in the house was perfect and no matter where we were we all looked forward to getting back to the Villa. I recommend without reservation. Thank you Villa Sole.

A perfect vacation spot in Naxos

Villa sole exceeded all of our expectations! The description and photos cannot capture the beauty of the views, the sound of the crashing waves, and memories made having dinners at the outdoor table in the warm Naxos evenings. Having an en suite bathroom for every bedroom made everyone’s space feel private and comfortable. The decor of the villa and outdoor space is modern and stylish. We were 5 minutes from town with no traffic and we visited the beautiful inland villages which were about 30 minutes away. We walked to the beach at least once a day which is the equivalent of 1 block away. The beach is a small, uncrowded, and windy which makes for crashing waves. Matthaios is the property manager who makes sure you have everything you need and responded instantly to texts when we had questions. It felt like our home away from home and we hope to visit again.

Solid stay

Excellent location, close to both a small beach and some beach clubs. 10 minute drive to Naxos town, and 5 minutes from the airport. Beautiful view, and they left us some water and 2 bottles of champagne. They gave us the numbers for taxi company and they pretty much showed up immediately. I would rent a car if you plan to explore the island to save taxi money. The outdoor bar, coach, and hot tub were excellent. A couple of issues with the photos. The pool is beautiful, but looks bigger in photos than it actually is. The chairs by the pool are not lounge chairs with cushions, but rather normal plastic pool chairs. Finally, there were no chairs on the balcony despite being in the photos. The rooms were also a little tight, I would not recommend more than 7 people (assuming 2 to a bed) since the couch is not a futon and does not fold out. Again, it was beautiful and great location, but the pictures were slightly deceptive. I would still stay here again, but I feel my review should accurately describe the property.

Hi Marina - thank you so much for your review and I’m glad you had a great stay! I agree that sometimes pictures can be deceptive but let me clarify a few things. The pool is 11x3.5 meters, so not a small Pool. Regarding the sunbeds - in Greece during Covid you could only have things that could be disinfected between each guests so the poufs had to go! Anyways, we did not order new professional photos just for that!regarding the chairs on balcony - they are still on property but simply moved downstairs since previous guests needed more chair 😀. We hope to see you and your family again

Naxos Retreat

Our family had a much needed respite at this property which is accurately represented on the listing. Beautiful view of ocean. Stelida area is some of best real estate on island. Not far from Plaka Beach a beautiful quiet sandy beach. Matthaios our property manager was very attentive helpful and responsive. Heidi and Gitte were very helpful through the process. Really need a car for best access to everything and to see sights. Property is only 5 min from the airport. Pool is sparkling clean. Can’t miss Axiotissa Restaurant. Best on the island so reserve in advance. Would stay here again.

Terrific location & great place for a family

Love the location of this property, but you'll definitely want to rent a car for your stay on Naxos, assuming you plan to trying out all of their excellent beaches. This is a very nice house, and was perfect for my family of 5 as we enjoyed the pool after spending days at the beach and enjoyed cooking a couple of meals there too. Enjoy the hidden gem of Naxos!

Perfect Family Vacation

My family of 6, with 2 toddlers, stayed at Villa Sole and had the best vacation on Naxos. Not only is the villa itself absolutely beautiful, but the location is perfect. It is centrally located between Naxos Town and the beaches. Right down the road is an awesome little hotel with a great bar and the private beach is great for families! We would absolutely stay again!
