We stayed here for a couple of weeks while I was having surgery and recovering in Seattle. It was the perfect location for what we were doing. Everything was great. They have everything you need for staying here short-term or long-term. The beds are very comfortable. We will stay again if our path takes us to Seattle again.

We loved every minute of our stay!

This little house is overall perfection! My friend and I brought our boys to the area for a week-long soccer camp at Starfire Sports. The house and location were perfect for our stay. The house was clean, well-supplied, and even came with a wonderful welcome basket with treats (which the boys dug right into). The location was perfect with easy access to the sports complex, shopping, groceries, and even the post office! We loved being able to prepare meals, do laundry, and work remotely. We will definitely try and stay here again if the boys do the camp again next year!

Great stay

Had a wonderful stay, the property was better than described. It is well furnished and in a great neighborhood. Communications and check in were great and easy. Would definitely recommend the property and will be staying here again in the future.

Fantastic Host and Property

This property was perfect and host were/are perfect. Will be staying here again. Location is perfect distance for launching to any activities in Seattle. Extremely convenient for airport access. Everything about the space is comfortable. Has everything you would have in your own home. Loved staying here!

Awesome Cottage!

Sue was very kind and considerate. My parents and I stayed for two weeks and we enjoyed our time in the Tukwila cottage. All the comforts of home were available.

Amazing cottage

The property was perfect for myself and my 2 kids. Tukwila is a beautiful suburb and the cottage itself was a beautiful gem. Gorgeous inside and out. Aue made sure we had everything we needed. I cant wait to come back and stay here again

Family reunion

We travelled with one adult daughter and her partner to meet with our other daughter, who married and moved to Seattle from Australia this year. We could not have had a more comfortable house for a relaxed stay with adult children. Without a car, we found we could get around easily on public transport once we worked out the system, and we came to love the international grocery shopping experience at Saar's Supersavers 3 blocks away.Sue was a delight to communicate with.

Great cozy place for a family.

Everything about this home was wonderful from beginning to end. We were greeted by Sue who was so welcoming. The home is absolutely beautiful and makes you feel right at home. We had our two kiddos(7&8) and it was the perfect size and location for our trip. Being less than 30 min away from any part of downtown Seattle was extremely convenient but also just far enough out of the hustle and bustle was very peaceful. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to stay here again!

The Ideal Visit

Everything you see in the pictures and read in the glowing reviews is absolutely "spot on"! The home is super clean, beautifully decorated, wonderfully comfortable, and conveniently located. The quiet neighborhood was a bonus I truly appreciated. This is a house that immediately feels like a home. Sue is a gracious and attentive host who communicates clearly, fully, and promptly. She knows what she's doing in this field and it shows. This will be the first place I look for every time I come out to the Seattle area.

Truly like home

This may be the best rental property we've ever stayed in. The owners lived here for a time, and the fit and finish show that. Every detail has been thought through, and a little bit of luxury has been added. For example this is the only property we've had where the knives have been kept sharp! Usually they are allowed to dull to where they are ineffective. The living room has a huge couch and fireplace, and it was a perfect space to entertain our daughters after Thanksgiving. The kitchen is spacious and allowed easy movement while cooking. The cupboards are well stocked with oils, spices, and condiments. Finally the king bed was the most comfortable we've ever had in a rental. We slept great, even on the first night. Thanks to Sue and Mike for a wonderful stay! We'll definitely try to book this place whenever we're in the Seattle area to visit our kids.
