Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 meters from Poniente beach and 450 meters from Levante beach.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and has an elevator, internet access (wifi), community laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board free of charge.



All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning system, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with extra charge right in the opposite building (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day €22, Week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, Month €181. From 5 days it compensates the weekly bonus. The cost is paid in the same car park.



-The key collection and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct reservations or if you have not checked in online, our office is located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, opposite the Burger King.

-The amount of €200 is retained on the credit/debit card as a deposit.

-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season may delay until 6:00 p.m.)

-Check-out until 11:00 a.m.

-Pet supplement of €10 per day. (Maximum €50 per stay).

-Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
