THE GROUND FLOOR: With access off from the driveway and through a small yard, there is parking for several cars.
KITCHEN This lovely cottage-style kitchen with slate floor is fitted with grey wood units, a butcher's block, a one and half bowl sink, plus block oak worktops. It's really well equipped with everything you require to cook for a small family including a ‘Bosch' ceramic hob and a built-in oven/grill. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and a single under-counter fridge with freezer box. Glorious views to enjoy.
GUEST CLOAKROOM: From the rear door off the yard, there is a handy WC with wash hand basin.
PARLOUR/DINING ROOM: This lovely room enjoys picturesque views, has an original Inglenook fireplace, with a feature curved wood burner, slate flagstone floor, original beamed ceiling and cosy fabric seating for 4 people, plus a quirky old shearing bench used as and a coffee table!. A wood dining table and 4 wooden chairs.
HALLWAY: In between the 2 main rooms is a stunning hallway with an original slate flagstone floor, an original beamed ceiling, wooden wall paneling, an antique Grandfather clock, and vintage bureau.
SITTING ROOM: This gorgeous sitting room has a recessed fireplace with a wood burner, slate flagstone floor, original beamed ceiling, and contemporary fabric seating for 4 people and a Cricket table. The room enjoys lovely rural views.
UPSTAIRS: A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, with a small snug/reading area on the landing. All the bedrooms and shower room have exposed beams and original wooden flooring.

OUTSIDE: Set in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and is surrounded by spectacular scenery, there is a front garden and a rear enclosed yard with seating in both. The cottage is surrounded by a rural landscape with sheep grazing in the fields, with an imposing mountain backdrop.
The main front garden has 2 benches and a coffee table ideal for al fresco dining or just watching nature and listening to all the birds. Also beyond the garden area there is a picnic bench seating 4 . With no light pollution, this is a great place for stargazing and just escaping modern life. There are parking spaces for 2 cars.
