Bed Bugs, Dirty pool, Air Conditioning in didn't work
We booked the whole villa, all 11 ensuite bedrooms.
* On the first night one child was bitten by bed bugs, there were 20 visible bugs on the bed, it was the room with 4 beds in. We immediately advised the manager, the room was unusable, they were not interested that we had lost a room with 4 beds or where these guests were sleeping. I had guests share beds and sleep on sofas while we muddled through.I got a call back questioning how many guests we had and why losing this room was such a problem, I was being accused and asked to pay more money for 26 guests, I explained we were @23, and possibly one night only@26, still they didn't understand I booked 11 bedrooms and now had people sharing private sleeping space was not acceptable. after much persuasion with Sonia, on Tuesday only 2 mattresses were replaced not the 4 finally the room was cleaned.
* Two rooms had faulty air con, one child woke with her pillow and hair saturated in liquid from the unit, another room had a puddle each night on the floor, one guest slipped over in it, lucky they were not hurt.
* ten guests ended up with painful ears, including medical trips to get the medication, as the pool was very murky for the first 3 days.
* Marteen (MKG Director@HyghProfile) called me and advised me my contract is with VRBO not him. He has since not returned messages.
* Small problems happen but their lack of understanding, this is my holiday I paid too much money to spend time resolving all these issues every day.
