Fantastic multi generational holiday

Lovely villa for my multi generational family holiday. AC in bedrooms , sufficient bathrooms lovely kitchen and fantastic pool and all within a 10 minute drive to Moraira. I will be looking to book for next summer. A comfy out door seating area would be a welcome addition.

Fantastic villa, fantastic holiday, fantastic service

The villa was perfect for my 4 generation family with a very large pool to easily accommodate 22 guests. The villa has all the amenities to make a great holiday for my entire family and it is located just outside Teulada and within 10 minutes from Moraira and all its attractions. Perhaps a hand rail leading into the swimming pool as I have increasing mobility issues, but other than the villa was perfect.

Our company had a fantastic week at the villa, the perfect space for colleagues to work and relax.

The villa was very clean, the rooms were lovely and there was lots of outdoor equipment — sun loungers, table tennis etc. The view was incredible and the location was ideal. The dishwasher — it didn't clean very well. A drying rack for hand-washed plates/cutlery would also be useful.

Hen Party

In total we had 19 hens over 6 days. Only things we suggest being changed, was the old sun beds, the seating area of wooded benches and the shower waste to be updated. There was a smell in the toilets on the ground floor but guessing this is not the villas problem, air freashner worked a treat. Other than that the Villa is outstanding, we couldn't have asked for better. 100% would rebook this if we had another large group booking. Thank you to everyone who assisted in making our stay so good!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay in this house. It is very spacious, well decorated and equipped with almost everything you need. The house is well maintained and the pool is perfect. We visited the house beginning of April and the pool was already comfortabel to swim in. Bbq area, table tennis and a pool biljart available! Absolutely value for money. We had some small issues with the shower and sun umbrella’s which were immediately fixed after reporting. Also enjoyed the direct WhatsApp contact with the rental agency . Would recommend to offer extra towel service, a washing machine and perhaps the option to rent a cook! Also some attention to some small maintenance issues, like a new dishwasher. . Also some new Sundecks would be nice for this summer. All easy to fix! But absolutely no deal breaker. .

Wiedersehen in Spanien

Für eine grosse Gruppe sehr gut geeignet. Im Winter sind die Gemeinschaftsräume sehr kalt und daher etwas ungemütlich. Es gibt einen Kamin aber der war nicht zu benutzen. Im Pool kann man nur ein kurzes Bad zum Jahreswechsel nehmen, sonst zu kalt.

Wir informieren Sie stets darüber, dass der Pool keine Wärmepumpe hat und dass es in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen keine Heizung gibt, sondern nur in den Schlafzimmern. Wir bedauern dies und würden uns freuen, wenn Sie uns zu einer anderen Jahreszeit besuchen würden.

Für unseren Familienurlaub war es perfekt. Die Aufteilung der Zimmern ist wirklich gut und es hat viel Platz. Der Service der Agentur war sehr gut. Es wurde immer gleich gehandelt sobald wir ein Anliegen hatten. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Man ist schnell in Teulada und an verschiedenen Stränden in der Umgebung Der Pool wir konnten ihn drei Tagen . Das Haus ist schön aber die Anlage drum herum könnte besser gepflegt sein. Für soviele Personen fehlen mehrere große Schüsseln und Töpfe

Buena villa

Buena casa, con mucho espacio interior y muchas habitaciones. La zona es muy buena y la piscina está muy bien. Como aspecto de mejora, intentar poner alguna zona de sombra más en la piscina y mejorar el jardín trastero. Recomendable para disfrutar con familia y amigos.
