The MONTENEGRO villa is located just 130 m. from the sandy beach "Les Deveses", one of the best areas of Denia to enjoy its wide and quiet beaches with family or friends.



Completely renovated in 2022, the capacity of the villa is for 12 people, distributed as follows:



The exterior has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a large area by the pool to lie down and enjoy the sun, the pool and the barbecue.



On the ground floor there is the living room, 4 bedrooms (two with single beds and two with double beds), all with ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms with shower, large kitchen open to the dining room with views of the outdoor terrace and the dining area. the pool.



On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), with private terrace, as well as a bathroom with a shower.



WI-FI connection service.

Since January 2024 it has air conditioning, hot/cold, in all bedrooms, living room area and kitchen/dining area.

The Villa is beautiful, clean and well equipped. It is very close to the beach. The staff are very helpful with quick replies You have to collect the keys from the office which isn’t close to the property. A lock box at the property would be easier

Beautiful and tranquil villa a stones throw from the beach

We absolutely loved the house it was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfy beds, great bathrooms, good shower pressure, plenty of hot water, air con, large clean pool, spacious and nicely decorated with lovely patio area and plenty of sunloungers and areas for all guests to relax. It is a little further from Denia town than we thought but we didn't mind this as we had rented a car. The door to the upstairs bathroom was very hard to open from closed, so kids almost got trapped, also the bedroom door closest to the front door would not easily open all the way as it was catching on the floor. Some extra cleaning cloths and cleaning sprays etc for the house would have been great as its something we kept forgetting to buy in shops.

Wat een fantastische villa! Super schoon, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel en alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airco. Bij vragen of problemen zeer snelle reactie van de organisatie. Enige nadeel is dat het zwembad nog erg koud was maar zeer begrijpelijk gezien het half april was. Zou er zo weer naar terug gaan!

Amplía y bien equipada, la Televisión hubo que cambiarla porque no funcionaba bien. Por lo demás cumplió nuestras expectativas. Limpieza debajo de las camas, y que se salía la ducha abajo del baño pequeño. La de arriba también se salía algo.

Buena casa! Comoda para 10-12 personas

Cerca a la playa y muy cómoda. El agua caliente para tantos de acaba pronto Y el servicio en el check out pudo ser un poco más claro, en especial que la fianza la retuvieron por cerca de 4 días

Alojamiento muy amplio, cómodo y a un paso de la playa

Pese a la ola de calor que hemos padecido, al estar en este alojamiento, hemos podido disfrutar de las vacaciones. La casa es estupenda, amplia, cómoda, moderna y con todo lo necesario. El servicio de BTB es impecable. Enhorabuena!! Respecto al servicio de BTB un 10, respecto a la casa pensamos que debería disponer de aire acondicionado en la planta inferior.

Estancia en familia

La casa en general está muy bien, faltan algunas cosillas pero hemos estado muy agusto, repetiremos. Hemos echado en falta un lavavajillas ya que es una casa para muchas personas, en la zona del porche exterior donde se encuentra la mesa de plástico le falta un toldo porque a la hora de la comida es imposible comer ahí porque le da todo el sol, hay batidora pero no hay vaso de batidora para poder batir...y el internet encima que es un servicio que se paga no tiene buena señal.
