Your dream beach vacation spot is just few steps away while you stay in this apartment in Moriani-Plage. The 1-bedroom property can house 3 people and make for a comfortable stay for a family. You can cool off in the shared swimming pool, after coming back from the beach. Located near the beach of the seaside resort of Moriani-Plage on the Costa Verde. In the surroundings there are many sports and leisure activities, golf, tennis, rafting, fishing, skiing, horse riding, swimming, mountain biking, water sports, hiking, spas (Thermal Spa), naturism, cinemas and entertainment. Visit the towns of Cervione (10 km) and Aleria (30 km). The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building at the edge of the communal swimming pool. It has a bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large balcony with a magnificent view of the park. Laze on the sun loungers around the pool. The park is car-free as everything is within walking distance. So you can walk to the beach or the restaurants in the resort area Moriani-Plage. For arrivals and departures outside the regular arrival/departures an amount of € 45, - (to be paid locally) is charged. The electricity consumption cost will be charged on-site. \
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
