Duplex apartment, 3rd and last floor, facing the sea, large terrace of 40m ² with solarium. Without opposite, direct access sea (100m) by private way, without road to cross. Great 15km beach with fine sand lined with eucalyptus, naturist beach nearby.
Housing includes:
- A living room / stay equipped with access on southern terrace, semi covered, with external hot water shower.
- 2 rooms with cupboards, equipped with a bed of 180, the other of a bed of 140 + a bench BZ in 160 in the stay.
- A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, small appliances
- Bathroom with wc upstairs + a toilet on the ground floor.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, großzügig und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit einer sehr guten Klimaanlage ausgestattet, so dass auch bei großer Wärme entspannt geschlafen werden kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und in die Berge. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einziger Minuspunkt ist , dass die Ferienanlage relativ weit von größeren Städten entfernt ist. Wer aber einen entspannten Strandurlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, gut ausgestattet Es gibt eine sehr grosse Dachterrasse mit Aussendusche - und das in Strandnähe! Sehr empfehlenswert - für alle, denen Treppen über 3 Etagen keineProbleme bereiten

Gute Ausstattung, schöner Strand

Wir kannten die Anlage von vielen bisherigen Aufenthalten. Das Apartment wurde aufwendig renoviert und modernisiert. In der Anzeigenbeschreibung fehlt der Hinweis über eine "Kapselkaffeemaschine", so dass wir eine eigene Reisekaffeemaschine mitgenommen haben. Außer an der großen Balkon-/Terrassentür sind nirgends Fliegenschutzgitter angebracht, so dass wirklich hunderte Insekten wie Mücken, Motten, diverse Käfer in die Wohnung gelangen, wenn man die Fenster geöffnet lässt. Da Wohnung ist im dritten stock, bietet somit eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, die Sonnenaufgänge und die Berge im Westen. Allerdings kann der Weg von und zum Strand dann schon etwas anstrengend sein, wenn man gerade mit Kindern das ein oder andere mehr mitnimmt und dann die 3 Stockwerke hoch über die Wendeltreppen schleppen muss. Von dem nahegelegenen Poolrestaurant dringen immer wieder mal Geräusche, im Falle eine korsischen Musikabends kann das sehr schön sein, während unseres Aufenthalts gab es aber auch eine Hochzeit mit lautem Autokorso und Pistolenschüssen. Zu unserer Zeit waren sehr, sehr viele Hunde in der Anlage, deren Besitzer oftmals die nötige Verantwortung haben vermissen lassen. So lagen immer wieder Exkremente herum, nachts kann es zu "Bellkonzerten" kommen und Spielzeuge unserer Kinder wurden am Strand mal eben von den Hunden geschnappt und kaputtgebissen. Darüber haben sich auch andere, verantwortungsvolle Hundebesitzer aufgeregt. Nichtsdestotrotz werden wir wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Bergblick und Meerblick.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht. Eine tolle große Terrasse mit viel Platz und einer tollen außen Dusche. Man hat in der nähe einen Supermarkt, Boulongerie und Restaurants. Der Weg zum Strand war ca.10 min zu Fuß und weitere 4 min .gab es ein Strand Abschnitt wo Fkk erlaubt ist. Ein schöner langer Strand und ein Strand Restaurants mit gutem Essen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Eine Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist alles da, was man sich für einen tollen Urlaub wünscht. Besonders die grosse Dachterrasse macht die Unterkunft zu einem tollen Erlebnis. Daneben kurze Wege zum Meer und sehr guten Restaurants inkl. Poolanbindung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

La réalité dépasse l'annonce et les attentes que j'avais. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très fonctionnel. Le must c'est la terrasse, avec sa douche extérieure (hyper pratique!!) et bien sûr sa vue à 180°. Le matin vous vous régalez avec les levers de soleil sur la mer et l'île italienne Montecristo et le soir c'est derrière la montagne qu'il se cache. La résidence est calme et l'accès à la plage très commode sans la voiture. Il en faut pour tous les goûts, mon fils et moi avons adoré. Enfin, l'accueil, la discrétion et la bienveillance de Marie-Line & Serge font que votre séjour ne peut que bien se passer. Allez-y les yeux fermés :D

Sehr saubere sehr schön gelegene Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat eine super Dachterrasse. In unmittelbarer Nähe ein Restaurant mit Pool sowie fußläufig weitere gute Restaurants direkt am Meer. Mit dem Auto erreicht man einige schöne Wanderrouten wie bspw. Fiumicelli. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

très agréables vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans un lieu exceptionnel. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse avec sa douche extérieure. Nous avons pratiquement "vécu" dessus tout notre séjour. La vue est exceptionnelle avec la mer d'un côté et les montagnes de l'autre. L'appartement est bien équipé, les chambres sont grandes (les équiper de ventilateurs serait un plus pour les nuits qui sont très chaudes à cette époque). Le Bacchus à proximité offre des prestations de restauration, bar, glacier avec piscine et transats, terrain de volley et trampoline pour les enfants. De plus, la mer est accessible à pieds par un petit chemin qui sent bon l'eucalyptus et le chant des cigales vous accompagnent. Le seul bémol dans la location est la connexion wifi qui était vraiment très faible et peut poser problème si l'on doit continuer à travailler pendant les vacances. Il est également indiqué ur l'annonce qu'il y a la télévision mais ⚠ attention il s'agit d'une box italienne donc aucune chaîne française. Mais les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentifs et ils ont été très compréhensifs à ces petits soucis. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
