From the 10th day the rate is reduced to 10% in the months of April to June, and September/October...and 5% in the months of July and August

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is perfectly positioned, very near the town and with its own access to the beach (not suitable for elderly as it’s a precarious walk over rocks)There is loads of space in the villa, with lots of areas to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil and appliance you can think of. The large outdoor table was perfect for family meals while watching the sea!Our only recommendation would be to get more sunloungers as there were only 3/4 for a villa that accommodated 8 people. We would definitely recommend this villa for large families.

Family holiday in Cala D’or

A great property in prime location. Loved the private access to the beach. It was perfect for evening swims and watching the sun rise. The property has everything you could need for a family holiday. We ate in every other night and enjoyed the dining facilities and the bbq. The owners are very responsive if you need anything. The few times we did need to contact them, we received a response in minutes. Highly recommend.

Fantastic modern property with stunning views.

The photos do not do this property justice! It is minimalist and clean but retains a family friendly atmosphere. The outside spaces are well thought out and the views of the turquoise sea in the cove below are beautiful. Absolutely everything has been thought about here from cupboard space, high quality linens and towels, plenty of crockery and glassware, safe spaces and security for children, to the properties’ own toiletries and even mosquito spray. It’s an absolute 5* stay and we will definitely be booking again!

Familien Auszeit

Zu unserem besonderen Hochzeitstag, haben wir unsere Kinder und Enkelkinder nach Mallorca eingeladen, um einfach Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Das Haus ist genau das was ich gesucht habe.Einfach, aber mit guten Materialien und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ohne überflüssigem Gedöns. Wir haben alles einfach so in Gebrauch nehmen können und uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Gerade mit den kleinen Kindern ( 5 Jahre und 2 Monate alt) war es schön einen Pool zu haben und gleichzeitig die Cala Gran mit ihrem Türkises Wasser DIREKT vor der Tür. Es war ein Traum jeden Morgen vom kleinen Felsen direkt ins Meer zu hüpfen. Es blieb wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig! Sogar tolle, wertige Spielsachen für unsere Enketochter waren vor Ort und natürlich viel interessanter als die eigenen. Der kleine Ort ist sehr touristisch, man findet zwar alles, was man braucht, doch kein wirklich gutes Lokal, wir haben hauptsächlich selbst gekocht und sind dann, um guten Fisch zu essen 6km nach Porto Petro gefahren, Santanyi ist auch nicht weit, doch eigentlich möchte man das schöne Haus mit der kleinen Bucht und der tollen Energie gar nicht verlassen. Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir ganz bestimmt wieder :))) Die Kommunikation mit Peter und Lucy war prima :)
