This one bedroom cottage is in a secluded rural setting on the edge of Shrewsbury, making an ideal base for touring.. 9 steps to entrance.

Raised patio with balcony and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. The Corn House is a two-storey cottage on a small farm, with lovely views over meadows and woodland. Accessed by a 250 metre private tarmac road right to the door, this brick-built cottage used to be the granary. It has been converted and equipped to a very good standard, with a large open-plan living area upstairs, from which a stable door leads to a raised outside seating area. Downstairs you have a comfortable double bedroom with kingsize bed, shower room, hall and enclosed porch with drying area and storage for coats, bikes etc. You also have private parking beside the cottage.
There is a good local pub in the village (10 minutes walk) and a bus service into Shrewsbury giving quick and easy access to main trunk roads and to Shropshire’s areas of outstanding natural beauty.
The Corn House can be booked together with The Old Coach House (Ref UK41272) to accommodate up to 6 guests.
