The Old Poolhouse is a beautiful and quirky building in a rural setting within a short distance of the three-peaks, Yorkshire Dales and the Trough of Bowland. The Lake District is just 35 minutes away.
The property was converted from a near ruin in 2022 to a high specification; it is cosy with underfloor heating, double glazing and room thermostats.
You will have access to a garden and a private stretch of river. Fishing rights are included - note, a rod licence is required, available online or from the post office.
Should you wish to bring horses, grazing is available by prior arrangement.
The property is set 13 acres with hundreds of meters of private river frontage.
Footpaths which access local nature rambles are located on or near the property.
