Little Venice

Property in Little Venice. In noisy area, but you would never know it. Very quiet. Gym on doorstep. Owner ver responsive to suggestions.

Nice but....

Pros: 1. Building is very nice and secure 2. Owner communication is very responsive 3. We were allowed in early in the morning 4. Two train stations within 1/2 mile Cons: 1. Listed as a Little Venice property, it is a few streets outside of Little Venice. The neighborhood is much dirtier and less desirable. 2. Had to get/drop the keys from a store 1/2 mile away. 3. 1 pan and 2 pots and no strainer. (hard to cook for 3 with 1 pan) 4. No patio table, stained couch cushion, broken kitchen chairs.
