My flat is very warm and cosy, and gets plenty of light. The front room has three large windows, and the walls are a wheat like colour, as is the carpet, the whole flat has central heating.
The front room has a table with a red tablecloth for meals, or to work from. Expect to be greeted with a welcome glass of wine. The front room has a sofa bed and there is a large TV with a PS4 with games.
The bedroom has a double bed, with a tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge, iron/hairdryer and a microwave. There's also a TV with a PS3 console attached to it, and strip plug for devices. Plus there is an an internet radio in the bed room, that can play CD's. The bedroom also looks out into a nice garden, with chairs provided if you wish to sit outside
Kitchenette with full amenities is available to use, as is the cooker, fridge/freezer. Bathroom, has a shower unit. The internet runs through the whole of flat, as well.
I live next to a bus stop, but is it overall pretty quiet, there are two nearby takeaways, one co-op and a Sainsbury's just up the road.
There are also a number of cafes on London road to cater to every palette, wine bars and pubs. I am also close to a swimming baths, gym, Horniman's Museum and also Horniman gardens.
There are buses that will take you further into South London, (185, 122, 197) but also buses that will take you to the centre of town (176). There is also a train station.
