Luxurious villa with panoramic sea views. Villa María is located in Costa Adeje, one of the most privileged places in the Canary Islands, within a gated community with 24-hour surveillance.
A quiet, luxurious and modern place 5 minutes from the beach by car and the most recognized shopping centers.
It has a bedroom suite with a Presidential King size bed, 2 bedrooms with a Queen size bed and one Single bed. There is the possibility of adding an extra bed in the suite.
It has a games area with billiards, ping pong and a gym, as well as a barbecue, and a 16-meter long heated infinity pool.
Free Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed on request.
Private garage with capacity for 6 cars and electric vehicle charger.
