Enjoy everything St Andrews has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire lodge designed to allow you to live as a local. As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and fantastic panoramic views across the countryside and beyond. This lodge has 2 bedrooms and a snug room and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the second bedroom, there are twin beds. The third is a versatile snug room adjacent from the lounge which contains a double sofa bed. This room can also be used as a kids play room or study. There are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a toilet, sink and a bath with overhead shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. This lodge comes with a private hot tub with views across the countryside! Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable, you'll receive an additional set of towels for your hot tub and can request more if you need them at Reception. This lodge has a private hot tub. You will also have memberships to use the Leisure Facilities including Gym, Sauna & Steam Room. Coming soon Golf simulator Also on the grounds is a children's play park and miniature golf course. Lodge Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge. - Smoking is permitted outside the lodge but please dispose of your butts responsibly. - Parking is available for 2 cars. - Pets are permitted to stay at this property - however no more than 2 small dogs. - Glass tumblers and glass bottles are not permitted inside the hot tub - please use plastic - Be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum - There is a strict no-noise policy after 10pm - you may continue to use the tub after this time if you do so quietly - Damages deposit will be payable on arrival, this is refundable 72 hours after your departure providing there is no damage caused. Excellent short stay

Rented 3 lodges for a birthday celebration and were very impressed with quality of accomodation, helpful staff, great facilities and proximity to St Andrew. Would definitely recommend and return.

Birthday celebrations

Having stayed here before for a weekend, we wanted to return to celebrate our daughters 21st. It was as good as I remembered, very clean and spacious, even with 6 adults and a dog. Everyone loved the weekend and hope to possibly return on a yearly basis. The staff in reception on the restaurant were so friendly and made you feel very welcome.

Perfect luxury lodge.

Lodge was more than fabulous so clean and spacious. Everything that we needed was in the lodge even dog food and bowls they really do go the extra mile. Hot tub was also clean and warm . Would strongly recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

Perfect lodge, shame about the facilities

The lodge was great- clean, cosey, relaxing and quiet and our family enjoyed staying. Only issues were we arranged 2 guests for an overnight and there were no sheets for duvet etc and the hoover needs cleaned or replaced- small concerns no big issues. The resort is nice- however nothing was open and I feel this should have been reflected in the price. It is as if it has been built and then not staffed at all. It is a shame as it’s a lovely place. The few staff we spoke to, Jane mainly, were lovely. Booked a facial with the spa which was lovely though and we had the sauna facilities to have sole use of. The steam room light didn’t work and being evening there was no one to ask as there were no staff on. I have put that I recommend this property but I would definitely highlight the concerns with facilities.
