Large Villa with Private Heated Pool - Ericeira Centre 5 mins/Lisbon 40 mins

Relax and Enjoy our Luxury fully equipped 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom (1 en-suite) Detached Spacious Villa with private heated pool (8 metres x 4 metres ).
Located in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes drive from 5 beautiful beaches, including the world famous surf beach Ribeira D’IIhas, Ericeira.
With local Seafood Restaurants, Cafes, bar and supermarket within walking distance.
We have recently refurbished the Villa creating a large open plan kitchen/diner with large glass doors which open to overlook our secure private heated pool and covered BBQ area where you can dine inside or alfresco while keeping an eye on your children as they play in the enclosed garden or pool area.
Fast WIFI (Fiber) throughout the Villa and Satellite TV.
Surf lessons and SUP lessons can be arranged at a number of beaches within a few minutes drive and there is the famous Sumol Summer Fesival held annually in July not to be missed if you happen to be on vacation.
The Villa is located approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of Ericeira and 40 minutes drive from Lisbon airport and the centre of Lisbon, where you can take in the sights daily on an open top bus, Tram or Tuc-Tuc .
Mafra palace and Sintra castle and palace are close by with Estoril and Cascais around 40 minutes drive.
For international travellers, your closest airport to the villa is Lisbon airport.
From Lisbon airport, you’ll need to either hire a car or take the bus from Lisbon bus station.
To catch the bus, take the metro from the airport to Campo Grande bus terminal, from here you can purchase a ticket to Ericeira.
By car you will need to get onto the A8 highway from Lisbon until you reach the A21 which takes you all the way to Ericeira.
We arrange for our representative Fernando to meet you at the villa with the keys on your arrival and he will be able to advise you on anything you need to know about the area as he lives local.
It is also possible to arrange with Fernando should you need an airport transfer or taxi service during your stay. (To be paid locally to Fernando)
We feel extremely blessed to own such a beautiful Villa in this multi cultural part of Portugal which I am sure you will love just as much as we do once you have visited.

Originally from Manchester and my husband Fernando is from Alfama in the heart of Lisbon.
We currently live on Jersey in the Channel Islands and have 2 grown up children Charlotte and James who both live in the UK.
I am a furniture artist in my spare time and we both enjoy swimming and riding our bicycles when we get the chance.
We purchased the Villa 18 years ago after months of searching for that one special place we could move to and make our home.
What is there not to love about the area its culture, cosmopolitan, has amazing beaches, restaurants, cafes, and bars plus so many activities for families and its safe.
Not forgetting the fabulous food and wine Portugal produce.
We lived there for 10 years before moving back to Jersey due to work commitments.

Our amazing villa is situated on a quiet cul-da-sac, with just a short drive to 5 of the best surf beaches in Ericeira (Praia de São Julião, Praia do Sul, Praia dos Pescadores, Praia do Matadouro) and within 4 minutes drive of the famous surf beach of Ribeira d'Ilhas considered one of the best in Europe for both surfing and bodyboarding.
Surfing, SUP and Body Boarding equipment and lessons can be arranged at any of the beaches close by.
July holds the Famous Sumol Summer Festival which attracts visitors from all over the world and is held at Ericeira Camping.
The villa is spacious and modern and we have provided everything we think you might need to make your stay enjoyable.
