Lamentable

Erreur (ou mensonge) sur l'emplacement de l'appartement. L'appartement que nous avons occupĂ© Ă©tait situĂ© au RDC de l'immeuble arriĂšre (complĂštement Ă  l'ombre de l'immeuble arrondi donnant cĂŽtĂ© piscine. Notre appartement non chauffĂ© ne voyait le soleil qu'aprĂšs 17 heures. Sans aucun Ă©quipement de chauffage (temp extĂ©rieure entre 8 et 14 - temp intĂ©rieure 17), nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour pour le moins rĂ©frigĂ©rĂ© (ce qui est un comble pour des vacances en Espagne). A noter que les 2 appartements Ă  droite du notre et les 2 appartements au-dessus du nĂŽtre disposaient tous d'une climatisation rĂ©versible. L'Ă©quipement de l'appartement est vĂ©tuste et en mauvais Ă©tat global (montants de portes dĂ©gradĂ© en partie basse ce qui fait que les portes des chambres ne ferment pas, le bas du rideau de douche tĂ©moigne Ă  lui seul, l'une des couettes est tĂąchĂ©e, les poĂȘles et casseroles sont hors d'Ăąge et dans un Ă©tat indĂ©cent pour faire la cuisine, Ă  l'Ă©vidence, le seau de mĂ©nage a Ă©tĂ© utilisĂ© pour faire les reprises d'enduit/plĂątre de la terrasse sans ĂȘtre correctement nettoyĂ© ensuite, le tour des interrupteurs est noir de saletĂ©, le joint pĂ©riphĂ©rique de la baignoire n'est rien d'autre que rajout sur rajout, le thermostat du grille de pain Ă©tait dĂ©fectueux, le dessous d'une chaise part en lambeaux noirs qu'il faut balayer tous les jours, la terrasse n'a pas vu l'ombre d'une karcher depuis 10 ans, etc.) manque 1 couette (2 couettes pour 3 lits), piscine non accessible durant tout le sĂ©jour.
