The apartment has a double bedroom, a cozy living room and a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, perfect for managing meals independently. The bathroom is full, and the balcony adds an outdoor space to relax in.
There are air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and TV, to ensure comfort and convenience even during longer stays. The apartment is completely non-smoking. To ensure maximum comfort in compliance with local and condominium regulations, services are available during the following periods:

Heating from October 15 to April 15.
Air conditioning from 15 May to 15 September. Any changes depend on the provisions of the condominium or on municipal resolutions.

The area is well connected by public transport and offers shops, restaurants and all the useful services nearby, allowing you to easily reach the center and the main attractions of the city.
