Petricci Residence - estate with private pool

PETRICCI RESIDENCE - PERUGIA AREA
The Petricci Residence is a beautiful estate surrounded by green hills and oak forests overlooking the Tiber valley. It is situated midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide, which is only 8km away, where you can find shops and restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE: For wedding requests, there is space for maximum 40 people inside. Outside, weddings can be organised for around 80 guests but a marquee would have to be rented in case of bad weather.

The estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments (Casa Terza, Casa Riciarda, Casa Beronia and Casa Ellera) and one separate cottage (Casa Terina). Within the grounds there is parking (33 spaces), a chapel and a swimming pool (available to all guests in the cottages and apartments) surrounded by a sun terrace and beautiful garden.

CASA RICIARDA (sleeps 6)
Located within the main villa, Casa Riciarda (223 sqm) is built on a slope, so all the rooms are on different levels. The house has a lot of stairs, so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
On the ground floor, you will find a sitting room (with sofas and a fireplace) with steps down to a large dining room (with table seating 6) and a well-equipped, separate kitchen.

From the sitting area, a short corridor leads to one double bedroom (with king size four poster canopy bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath) and one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with bath).

On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath).

Outside, you will find a private seating area in the garden, behind the chapel.

CASA TERZA (sleeps 6)
Located within the main villa, Casa Terza (217 sqm) consists of a large entrance hall (with a writing desk) which leads through to the dining room (with table seating 6) with French windows to the central courtyard, and a well-equipped, separate kitchen.

A stone staircase goes up to the first floor where you will find a bright and airy sitting room (with sofa, chairs, and fireplace). A door from the living room leads you to a library/study and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath).

On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double four-poster bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and basin) and a private terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with bath) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

Outside, a door from the living area leads you to an external staircase, which takes you down to a private seating area.

CASA TERINA (sleeps 2 + 2)
Located close to the main villa, the entrance to Casa Terina (68 sqm) is at the rear of the cottage. The cottage consists of a comfortable sitting room (with double sofa bed for one or two children up to 12 years old) with a large picture window overlooking the countryside. Stairs from the sitting room lead down to a dining room (with a table for 4) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with a double four-poster canopy bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with bath).

CASA BERONIA (sleeps 8)

Casa Beronia (251 sqm) is the largest apartment on the estate. It consists of a grand entrance hall which leads to a large living room (with French doors onto the courtyard) with a piano at one end and sofas and armchairs at the other end. From the living room you can reach the dining room (with table for 10), a well-equipped kitchen, and one double/twin bedroom (with singles beds) with en-suite bathroom (with bath). These rooms all have direct access to the terrace which runs along the front of the house.

Stairs from the living room take you to the first floor, where you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with en-suite bathroom (with bath).

On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath).

Outside, you will find a terrace which runs along the front of the house, with a long wooden table for al fresco dining.

Located in the main villa, Casa Ellera (186 sqm) consists of a living room (with sofa and chairs), a dining room (with table for 6) and a well-equipped kitchen.

Stairs from the living room lead to one double bedroom (with double bed) and one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) which share a bathroom (with bath). Along the corridor, you will also find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath).

Outside, you will find a private sitting area located close to the house.
