This cosy flat is located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, right in front of the sea.From the appartment you'll be in a moment in the very centre of Sant Feliu and just few steps to the beach. The market square, the promenades, the main pedestrian streets, bars, restaurants and shops, everything close by.

The property has a small but fully equipped kitchen. The main room has beautifull sea views and it has directly acces to the balcony. There's also a bathroom with shower and a bedroom that leads directly to its lovely terrace prepared for summer as well as for winter, in where you can enjoy in your rest time about its sea views, your reading time and your night meals.

The property is in the first floor but there's also a lift. In addition there's a parking space which is specially appreciated in summer.

It is the perfect place to spend the perfect holiday in a family area.
