Located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, this superb apartment is perfect for a family getaway. With 2 bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a shared swimming pool where you can enjoy a day at the poolside. Take the beautiful coastal walk between s'Agaro and la Conca, one of the most beautiful in the world! (and don't forget your camera). The pizzas are delicious at Locanda di nonna Flo, as well as the seafood at El Dorado Mar, both inexpensive restaurants just a stone's throw away (5 mins walk). The best restaurants nearby are, in our opinion, Sa Marinada (Sant Feliu port, 10 min walk), Can Roquet in Romanya de la selva, Els Tinars in Llagostera (Michelin-starred restaurant), Terra restaurant at the Alabriga hotel, Sant Pol. The supermarket is 700 m if you run out of your essentials. The nearest restaurants are only 600 m from the house for you to try new recipes. Spend a day at the beach only 500 m away. The tennis court is 2 km from the villa if you are up for a friendly match. Roofed terrace with garden furniture for you to spend some outdoor admiring the surroundings. Floor heating is in place to keep you comfortable inside. This child-friendly villa has a high chair and children's bed. Garage is in place for you. The check-in time is from 4-8 PM and check-out between 9- 10 AM.

Die Möbel und Türen sind abgewohnt und defekt (u.s.w.).Eine Einigung in Form einer kleinen Entschädigung wurde abgelehnt. Bilder sind genug gesendet und nach Urlaubsende werde Ich alles hochladen.Wir sind sehr enttäuscht vom Belvilla Team und werden keine positive Werbung mehr für Belvilla an Freunde und Bekannte abgebeben. Wir wollten schön wohnen und uns nicht verhöhnen lassen.

Zweites Jahr in Folge, super zufrieden. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Ruhe, die neue Klimaanlage, die große Terrasse mit Sonnendach, das Schwimmbad fast immer für uns allein und der wirklich phänomenale Ausblick von der Terrasse, ins Schwimmbad und vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Feliu ist nicht zu touristisch, aber Sie finden alles, was Sie für einen Urlaub ohne Auto brauchen: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Terrassen, Strand und – last but not least – die fantastischsten Spaziergänge in der Umgebung … Für alle, die den Trubel mögen Und es herrscht reges Treiben: Platja d'Aro ist sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Nous avons eu un séjour décent ici, L'appartement était spacieux et avait toutes les commodités nécessaires, C'était super d'avoir un supermarché si proche pour nos essentiels, Cependant, j'aurais aimé que le Wi-Fi soit un peu plus rapide, Les plages à proximité étaient charmantes, mais nous avons trouvé le quartier un peu calme la nuit, Dans l'ensemble, un bon endroit si vous recherchez une retraite paisible

Top locatie. Mooi, fris appartement met een fantastisch terras en uitzicht. De 2 slaapkamers en badkamers die uit elkaar liggen geven een privacy meerwaarde. Wasmachine en droogkast zijn een fijne luxe. Rustig groot zwembad die je het gevoel geeft in de zee te zwemmen. Vriendelijke ontvangst ondanks het late uur.

Fantastisch uitzicht is niet overdreven, we genieten ervan 's ochtends in de zon en daarna in de schaduw, erg rustig, zwembad bijna altijd voor ons alleen, immens terras met altijd verkoelende zeebries, voldoende materiaal on zelf te koken en 2 badkamers met douche en ligbad, goed tuinmeubilair wasmachine, strijkplank en ijzer,... alles aanwezig, netjes onderhouden en aangenaam modern ingericht, vlotte communicatie voor sleuteloverdracht, wandeling naar bakker en winkels een dik half uur heen en terug, wel stellen klim naar boven, maar te doen. Ook strand op die manier bereikbaar. Veel te bezichtigen in de omgeving, authentiek dorpje met niet te veel international toeristen

Nous pensons qu'un nettoyage de l'appartement en general serait a faire(interieur du mobilier, poussiere et moisissures dans la ch et salon), terrasse et rails des coulissants tres sales. A part ca et apres un bon nettoyage par nous memes l'appartement est tres bien, vue magnifique tres lumineux et calme, bonne literie

Het appartement is mooi gelegen met een prachtig zicht op de haven en het strand van Sant Felui Het is niet aan te raden aan mensen die slecht te been zijn daar je toch een 800 meter op en af een steile berg moet gaan naar het strand en het centrum.

Prachtig appartement, mooi uitzicht, comfortabele bedden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige minpunt is het gebrek aan airco , het verblijf was erg warm. De beheerder was wel zo vriendelijk ons een extra ventilator te geven.

Aankomst was wat rommelig omdat de dame die ons ontving geen woord engels sprak, maar wel allervriendelijkst. Appartement mooi en goed ingericht met een geweldig uitzicht. Goed werkende wifi ook. Maar zwembad viel erg tegen. Er mocht helemaal niets behalve drijven en zwemmen. Geen balspellen, niet springen en zelfs niet te veel geluid maken. Aantal oudere vaste bewoners zag hier streng op toe. Niet prettig met 2 opgroeiende jongens

Heel goed ontvangen door Laurinda die gelukkig frans kon praten. Appartement heeft een heel mooi terras met luifel en zicht op de haven van Sant Feliu de Guixols. Adembenemend uitzicht. Leuk en rustig zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. We hebben een prachtige wandeling gemaakt van s'Agaro naar Platja d'aro langs de kust. We bezochten ook Tossa de mar en Barcelona. Een heel mooie streek om te ontdekken. Hadden dit niet verwacht van de costa brava.

The flat was fantastic as was the pool.Unfortunately the day we arrived we were told by a very snooty Dutch lady that we should have phoned the day before to tell them when we would be arriving. She said she didn't know how many were coming whether we wanted sheets or towels. Lack of communication between Belvilla and Spain?? Crockery in house was chipped and couldn't be used. Blind in Bedroom was broken. I hope something can be done about this

We hebben met onze kinderen een leuke week gehad in dit huisje. Het huisje was schoon en voldeed aan onze verwachting. Op sommige punten is er wat achterstallig onderhoud (denk hierbij aan gebroken tegels, ontbrekende voegen en slecht sluitende deuren) maar geen zaken die echt ernstig zijn. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en de tuin en het zwembad zijn prima onderhouden. Het eerste gedeelte van de dag (tot ongeveer 14 uur) heb je de zon op het terras , daarna draait de zon achter het huis. In de hete zomer kan dit een voordeel zijn maar in het voor en najaar is dat jammer. De omgeving is ontzettend mooi. Platja d'aro , tossa de mar en Lloret de mar zijn allemaal een bezoekje waard. Als je vanuit het huisje naar Tossa de mar rijdt neem dan de korste ipv de snelweg weg en je wordt beloond met geweldige uitzichten. We waren voor het eerst in Spanje en hebben ons goed vermaakt aan de costa brava. Fijne vakantie!!

Prachtig zicht vanop het terras. Zwembad tuin mooi en goed onderhouden. Mooi appartement maar toe aan een opfrisbeurt (siliconen in badkamers keuken, losse klink kamerdeur, kapotte wc-rol houder, ....). Spijtig dat de persoon die ons ontving enkel Spaans sprak, alsook de persoon aan wie we bij vertrek de sleutels moesten overhandigen.
