About this property

Brand new villa-which was completed in Spring 2016 is waiting for your holidays. Designed by an award winning Dutch architect, this three bedroom villa offers spectacular views on the Mediterranean sea and endlessly lush green hills. It's completely secluded so your privacy is guaranteed. During spring and early summer you'll hear a tiny little river - the Riera de les Comes - which is on its way to the sea.

Around the corner there's a large communal pool and tennis court. Part of the beautiful and quiet residential area "Casa Nova". You're literally just a few steps away from entering Ardenya Natural Park, one of the largest natural coastal areas of the Costa Brava, with countless walking trails. A short and pleasant walk or less than thirty minutes through the valley brings you to the beach of Sant Feliu de Guixols. By car it takes only five minutes.

It's a thirty minute drive to Girona Airport and Barcelona Airport is a 75 minute cruise. There are usefull multiple buses a day heading directly from Sant Feliu de Guixols bus station to Barcelona Airport. In July / August there are direct buses from Sant Feliu de Guixols to Girona Airport.

The villa has a living area or 250 m2 on a plot of land or 1500 m2 and consists of:

Superbe maison dans un lotissement sécurisé. Endroit très calme et vue magnifique sur la forêt en face. Très bien construite. A éviter avec enfants bas age

Great Place to stay

We had a marvelous week in this house. It is 10 minutes drive from the center, in a quiet district. The architecture of the house, very modern is a real success : amazing vue from all windows (nature everywhere, you don't see any neighbour), fresh air all day. All pictures on the site are accurate images. Diner at night on the terrace will be etched in our memories We were there with our 4 kids who all loved the place : apart from the pool of the house, they spend quite some time in the district private pool (much bigger & adapted to kids plays) & tennis court (access through private key only, ie very safe), located 100m of the house. Apart from modern convenience & view, the location is 1h drive from Barcelona, Girona, and 1h30 that far from Figueires & Cadaquès. In a word : perfect

serenidipity: impresionante paisaje y relajacion total

casa de gran diseño, con gusto esquisito. Muy practica y comoda a la vez, inundada de luz. Muy acogedora y calida aun siendo de design muy trendy y con layout innovador. EL mar esta super cerca pero sorprende como entrando en casa estas inmergido en el mundo de la paz total. Aconsejo de hacer trekking saliendo directamente desde casa. Naturaleza encantadora. A parte de la pequeña pero emocionante piscina de la cas, a lado hay una gran piscina comunitaria muy bien cuidad. Volvere seguro
