Let down by terrible management company - HOMEFORGUEST - beware!

We arrived to find flies in the kitchen, on the second day found a bag of rotten potatoes, literally oozing out of a cupboard. The management company, HOMEFORGUEST denied there was an issue, refused to take responsibility for over a week, we had to clean it ourselves. They said our contract is with VRBO not them! Terrible service and we were told to review VRBO as we weren’t their customer. After 8 days chasing them with only arguments back they said they’d clean the kitchen and give us fresh sheets and towels. Kitchen was then cleaned (bit late at that point) and they dumped a bag of sheets and towels on the floor, couldn’t even be bothered to fit them! I would not book through VRBO again as a result.

La casa esta muy bien,limpia y agradable. El jardin y la piscina es lo mejor de la casa claramente. Nuestro único pero seria la ubicación, que siempre depende de los planes de cada qual claro.

Séjour en famille à Buzanada

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants et la maison était parfaite pour nous. L'environnement n'est pas très joli mais c'est très calme et bien situé en voiture. Maison globalement propre à part 1 ou 2 détails mais rien de grave pour nous. La piscine est parfaite avec un très beau jardin très bien entretenu. L'arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie ce qui nous a un peu surpris mais finalement, tout était facile et le contact watts up fonctionne très bien. Nous conseillons cette belle maison pour un séjour reposant.
