Character house-sleeps 6 - large pool - uninterrupted views
Our excellent value thoughtfully renovated farmhouse is located at the end of a peaceful lane and is set in extensive grounds with a large pool 13m.
Near pretty Aubererre and in Montmoreau a good Supermarket, bakers, pharmacy and several excellent restaurants 10 minutes away.
The house has been very well equipped to provide a comfortable home from home for all ages, with many of our guests returning and recommending to friends.
The 7m character lounge with UK TV/ DVDs and kitchen diner both open onto a south facing terrace overlooking lovely uninterrupted views with fields of sunflowers or maize in the summer months.
The pool is shared with our neighbours however as they infrequently use it you will often have the pool and surrounding area to yourselves.
There are plenty of activities perfect for families to enjoy close by, including canoeing, horse riding, cycling, the river - lake beaches of La Jamaye and Aubeterre, activity park with zip wires for under 5s to adults.
