A large patio with charcoal BBQ and ample outdoor seating options for both dining and relaxing can be accessed via a set of French doors and the extensive enclosed lawned garden benefits from wonderful views out towards Loughor Estuary and the salt marshes. Enjoy a warming meal in the local country pub & kitchen (0.2mi) before joining the scenic Wales Coastal Path or take a drive to the pet-friendly Broughton Bay and Whiteford Sands, explore the expansive beaches and sand dunes. All accessible by car from the farmhouse are the WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre, Carmarthen & Llandeilo towns, West Wales, and the Brecon Beacons.

For families: Travel cot, stairgate and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside: Large patio with gas BBQ available for use during the summer season, please note we don’t supply gas. So if you’d like to use it then please bring your own 5kg butane/propane. and ample outdoor seating options for both dining and relaxing. Extensive enclosed lawned garden with far-reaching views out towards Penclawdd Estuary. 
General:  Central heating and electricity included. Initial supply of logs for the wood burner included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar and Prosecco.
Pets:  2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.

Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 4 cars.
