Loved the location and we had the whole house. Plenty to do and nice little touches included the welcome pack. We did a murder mystery while away and a photo in our costumes
The cottage was above expectation - very clean and tidy, fully equipped with all we needed for 10 of us to stay for the week. We had a grocery delivery the evening we arrived. Great beech to walk the dogs close by. Ship Inn opposite served great food. Plenty of beaches nearby to explore. Gower Heritage Centre on main route anywhere had 120kw chargers - very handy. Excellent week.
We were 3 generations of the same family and all of our needs were catered for. The houses were spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. The gardens were a bonus and we were so close to the beach and directly opposite The Ship Inn. Communication was great with Deb, even to the point that my daughter left her straighteners there and Deb arranged with me for someone to collect. Can't fault anything about it.

Angela, it was a pleasure hosting your family in our cottage. Thank you for such a wonderful review. We hope to see you again in the future. Many Thanks. Deb
We were a party of 12 and 3 dogs so we had both cottages for our long weekend stay. The properties were spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and beautifully finished, with a fully equipped kitchen and the added bonus of The Ship Inn pub being directly opposite.
The teens/kids made use of the badminton racquets, body boards and bucket and spade which had been thoughtfully supplied.
Communication with the host was brilliant.
Minutes walk from Port Eynon beach and perfect location for visiting all of South Gower.

Hi Hannah, Thanks for such a wonderful review. We hope to see you again in the future. Deb
12 stayed at the cottages, aged 16 to 81 plus 1 dog. The cottages were ideal, very accomodating, spotless and lacked nothing. Endless hot water, even with 12 showering at the same time. The downstairs bedroom with ensuite was ideal for the 80 plus, and the second cottage lounge was ideal for the16 and 18 year old who needed to revise for forthcoming exams. The location was ideal, near the beach and opposite the ship inn with good meals. Tesco delivery was a boom and helped transport of food. Would highly recommend this property and love to return.

Thank you for the lovely review Ann - we hope to welcome you and the family back soon.
This is a wonderful place to stay! It was immaculately clean. Superb location. Easy parking for 5 cars. Great for a large group of mixed ages because you can spread out without sounds carrying. So people can sleep in without being disturbed or in evening people can chat and laugh without the kids being woken up. Kitchens are well equipped and easy to unload into. The pub opposite was convenient and welcoming with very good food. Beach is very short walk away lots of toys available. Safe garden to play in.
We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you for your hospitality.

About the host
Hosted by Debbie John
One of us is originally from the Gower and the other is a convert! We enjoy being able to offer fantastic accommodation for others to explore everything this great place has to offer.
Why they chose this property
The Gower Peninsular has something for everyone all year round and that diversity is packed into a relatively small - and sparsely populated - area. This makes everything accessible without long car journeys and often there's no need for the car at all once you arrive at the accommodation we offer.
What makes this property unique
One of the largest and most versatile accommodation options available on the Gower Peninsular, the cottage combines Oxwich View Cottage and Port Eynon Cottage – via interconnecting doors on the first floor – to create a holiday destination that can accommodate up to 14 guests.
A family-run holiday cottage with everything we believe is essential for the best possible break that is (you will see) just a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach.
It is maintained and presented to a standard that we are delighted to see generate repeat visits.
