If you are looking for privacy, a spectacular location and an unforgettable holiday, we invite you to visit the villa Marina.



This 2-bedroom duplex is located on the famous Papagayo beaches and enjoys views of the natural monument of Los Ajaches. On the upper floor you will find the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The accommodation has two bathrooms, one on the upper floor and one on the lower floor, both with showers.



On the lower floor you will find a modern and comfortable living room, very bright and with Smart Tv. The living room has a separate dining area and has direct access to the pool which is an advantage if you are travelling with children as they can be supervised at all times. On this floor you will also find an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and a very complete kitchenware for those who love cooking.



On the upper floor there is also a small living room with Smart TV.



The villa Marina is equipped with services such as wifi and private parking.



The exterior is cosy and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, table, chairs and barbecue. The pool area is protected by a wall and aluminium fences for those who want to enjoy total privacy during their holidays.



This villa has an unbeatable location, very close to the marina Marina Rubicon, which can be reached in 10 minutes by a quiet walk along the promenade.

Best Villa Ever

Lovely new villa with literally all the comforts of home. Lucky enough to stay five weeks and it felt like we lived there. Fab brand new kitchen, comfy sofa and incredible beds. Short walk to the sea front and 15 mins to marina. Can’t recommend villa enough or Villalia who are heads above other rental companies. Nothing - a perfect stay!

Wonderful villa

The villa was fantastic. We have stayed in this area many times but our first time in this villa & it didn’t disappoint. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. There was a welcome pack provided with milk, tea coffee, water & biscuits which was ideal for late arrivals. The villa is in our opinion ideally located 5/6 mins to the local supermarket & 10/15 to the Marina. If you fancy a longer walk it’s about 25 mins into Playa Blanca itself. The villa was cleaned twice during our 16 night stay with fresh bedding/ towels & they also cleaned round & mopped up. Very modern & well decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped & had everything you would need. The pool area was very large with plenty of space & got the sun all day long. The pool was cleaned twice a week. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Marina & would definitely recommend this to anyone

Très belle villa avec piscine chauffée

Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines dans cette villa moderne, bien équipée, climatisée et spacieuse. La piscine est suffisamment grande, chauffée et entretenue régulièrement. La communication avec l’agence est excellente, Stéphanie parle français et a su répondre rapidement à nos demandes. La villa est à 600m du super marché et 1 km de la marina Rubicon. Urlaub mit Pool zum genießen

Wir waren in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit eigenem Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Auch das 2-stöckige Haus war zu unser vollen Zufriedenheit und wurde wöchentlich gesäubert. Der Hafen Marina Rubicon, Restaurants und Einkäufsmöglichkeiten waren in fußläufiger Entfernung. Bei Fragen standen die Verantwortlichen immer bereit.
