This ground floor apartment is furnished in a modern style and has it's own WiFi connection The apartment is also fully air conditioned with a private terrace that gives easy access to the community gate that leads to the promenade and the beach.



The complex also has communal swimming pool and is just a couple of minutes walk to the marina.
