Casa de Apra is a very lovely and spacious one level house situated on a large plot (8,800 m²) in the peaceful countryside just east of Loulé, with spectacular views out to the neighbouring hills and valley. Constructed in 2015, the villa is built of high quality materials and offers all the modern comforts: it is well insulated, easy to heat (floor heating) and to cool (air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living and dining room area).

A large open kitchen with many appliances opens out to the dining and living room area. Double doors give access to the spacious terrace overlooking the pool. There are four bedrooms; 1 Master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite (shower, double washbasin, bidet and toilet), a 2nd bedroom with a double bed; and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. There are 2 additional bathrooms, each with shower, toilet and wash basin.

The garden is well maintained with many local plants and trees such as orange, olive, almond and fig. Along the steps from the pool area to the Pitanque and volleyball field, is a herb garden with an aromatic selection of local herbs such as rosemary and sage which can be used by guests.

The villa has ample outdoor areas and terraces. Guests can enjoy relax both in the seating areas in from of the house and on the terraces near the pool and the large covered outdoor eating area near the outdoor barbeque to the side of the pool, with a functional outdoor toilet and shower area. There is a large deck around the pool with sunbathing lounges and near the petanque field is another comfortable seating area.

Casa de Apra is ideal for families or groups of friends who are looking to have a relaxing holiday and explore the local area and nearby beaches. Due to its location, this accommodation does not accept (youth) groups who wish to party, or for bachelor(ette) parties. Pets are not permitted.

Surroundings Loulé
The location of the villa offer a private and peaceful environment yet is not isolated. There are a few villas sprinkled in the neighbouring hills but are far enough away to give a sense of total peace and quiet without any disturbances. Loulé, a lively provincial town, is 4 km away. Here you can do all your shopping, find restaurants etc. The daily market in the old market hall is an attraction in itself! Also interesting is a walk through the streets of the old centre with its various sights.

The beaches of Quarteira and Vilamoura are the closest and can be reached in a fifteen minute drive. The central location of Casa de Apra in the Algarve makes this holiday home an excellent starting point for trips to the west and/or east!
