This lovely three-bedroom penthouse apartment is located in the peaceful and well-kept complex of Los Azahares, just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and the centre of La Cala de Mijas.
The complex offers a grassed pool area with a large swimming pool and separate children’s pool, ideal for families.
Situated on the first floor (stairs access) and arranged over two levels, the apartment features a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge opens onto a south-facing terrace with outdoor dining and views over the pool. A second terrace leads up to a private roof terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea views.
Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the roof terrace. The two guest bedrooms offer single beds. There is a family shower room with a walk-in shower, plus an additional bathroom on the lower level.

Great apartment, great location right near the beach and some super restaurants. The pool was really good and clean and the garden are superbly maintained Unfortunately not such great maintance to the property before we arrived as there were a few issues with kitchen door not locking, sliding doors and window not locking in some rooms, curtain rail not secured, toilet seat broken, one kitchen cupboard door hanging off. On the 2nd day of our stay the boiler started to seriously leak. Having said this, full marks to the management and maintainance team who worked long and hard to get all these problems sorted out without inconveniencing us further, installing a new boiler and making all the necessary repairs the following day. Having said this, we had a great stay and would return to the same property should we re-visit La Cala.
