Beautiful two-bedroom apartment located in the Jove neighbourhood. Quiet area with multiple nearby services. A few minutes from Arbeyal Beach. Easy parking and access for entering and leaving Gijón.
Distributed across two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two full bathrooms and an open-plan living-dining room kitchen.
Located in a quiet building on the ground floor. The rules of coexistence with the other neighbours must be respected, taking special care when moving through the common areas.
