La Bergerie with elevated terrace mountain view

This former sheepfold (the building dates from 1753), with a capacity of 4 to 5 people, classified 3* by "Offices de Tourisme de France", has been restored and furnished in 2019 in the mountain style, and is composed of :
- On the upper level, from which the access is made: a living room (sofa bed) with a fully equipped American kitchen and a dining area (table for 6 people).
- On the lower level: a bedroom with a double bed (lard. 160) and two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet.
- Outside there is a fenced terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the Via Vercors.
Etienne and Matthieu offer 2 self-catering gîtes, for your stays with friends or family (your pets are welcome).
In this building dating from 1753, our gîtes have been renovated and refurnished in autumn 2019 in the mountain style.
Le CORPS DE FERME is composed of:
- Ground floor: large kitchen, living room, small lounge (with fireplace), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), wc, laundry room.
- On the first floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (width 160), equipped with a private shower room and toilet and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, equipped with a bathroom with shower and bath, and private toilet.
- A garden of about 1000m2 (of which 200m2 is enclosed and private to the gite).
- An outdoor Nordic bath (wood heating), with a capacity of 4 to 5 people, to offer you a moment of relaxation, in water at 40°, facing the stars, after a busy day.

The BERGEREIE is composed of :
- On the upper level (entrance): living room (sofa bed) with fully equipped kitchen and a dining area (table for 6 people).
- On the lower level: a bedroom with a double bed (width 160) and two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet.
