The chapel apartment is equipped with everything you should need for your stay in Bath and is your perfect home-away-from-home in Bath.
The Space: LOUNGE The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa for you to relax on in front of the smart TV where you can access apps, catchup + terrestrial/ free view. There is also a turntable, amplifier and speakers for playing music, with a mixed selection of vinyl records in a variety of musical styles. There is also a voice activated Polk smart speaker to play music requests on demand.
BALCONY From the lounge the balcony is accessible via the Bi-folding doors. If you wish to sit out on the balcony there is a fold-up table and chairs in the boiler cupboard opposite the downstairs WC that you can use. Please put these away after use.
KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Most appliances are straightforward but there are manuals if necessary.
BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 has access onto the balcony and gets the sun in the morning. It has an en-suite with a bath and hand-held shower.
The bed is king-size with a firm mattress. There is also a unit to put away clothes and hanging space for larger items.
Bedroom 2 has a zip-link bed which can be set up as either a double or two singles. There is an en-suite containing a walk-in shower and there is also a wardrobe with shelves and space to store clothes and luggage. This bedroom also has access via a staircase to the upper-level Mezzanine which contains a home office desk and workspace and 2 comfortable chairs that also fold down into auxiliary beds.
BATHROOMS There are 2 bathrooms in the property. One has a walk-in shower, WC and basin. The other has a large bath for you to enjoy.
The Neighborhood: Kensington Chapel is on the main road into Bath from the east, although it is set back enough not to be disturbed by traffic. It sits in a grand row of Georgian properties, typical of Bath's architecture. The surrounding apartments are all privately owned. It is a quiet and reserved location.
Getting Around: You can easily get around on foot, however there are busses and taxi's available - contact your hosts for more details. Bath has Uber.
Other Things to Note: Please not the apartment is suitable for up to 6 guests but can only host a maximum of 4 adults.
There is a parking space in a private car park that comes with the apartment which guests are welcome to use during their stay.
