A Luxury Stylish Regency Apartment in the heart of Bath

Welcoming you to experience true Georgian character with spacious rooms for an entertaining and comfortable stay. The apartment is decorated in keeping with the period of the building dated 18th Century.
The flat is perfect for families and groups of friends.

The apartment offers 3 double bedrooms and an extra fold-up bed in the lounge to accommodate up to 8 guests. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, however well behaved hen and stag parties are welcome. The flat is in a residential area, so all guests need to be respectful to both the space and neighbours.

All bedding is 100% cotton French linen. Complementary organic bathroom toiletries are provided. Free WiFi.

We have a good selection of children toys, board games, puzzles, books, dvd's to accommodate your evenings. Travel cot and high chair are available on request.

The closest car park is behind the house (around 5 mins walk) - Avon car park. It’s one of the cheapest options as well. Post code - BA1 1UF

Excellent Stay, Well Appointed, Great Location

Just a quick walk from the train station, the bus station and the city center. Three Bedrooms and Two Full Bathrooms. If you are going to Bath, consider this flat. We had a wonderful stay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our 2 night stay in this cozy 2 story flat at the beginning of an 2 week trip to the UK. Easily walkable to attractions and restaurants. Anastasia is responsive and accommodating and left a bottle of champagne and chocolate to welcome us. We appreciated her list of recommendations which she left in the flat. There are a good number of stairs to access the flat.

Lovely luxurious stay for our hen party in Bath. Very quiet yet centrally located and extremely close to everything we needed which made popping in and out during our stay super easy. It had a real homely feel too.

Cozy Home with Character and Necessities

There was 7 of us who stayed at this property for 2.5 days. Anastasia made it very easy for us as we came from the USA and did not have a hire car. She was very responsive and always helpful with any questions. The location is a walk to everything, restaurants, Roman Baths, shops and so much more. The space is very charming and they have more than what you will need when staying with friends. We loved our Smeg appliances and even a hand steamer & ice maker should you require. I would not hesitate to recommend this great residence to friends. Thank you so much for our beautiful memories.

Perfect location, not allergy friendly

Overall, we were happy with the location of this property—it was close to all the historic sights and shops. The apartment was beautifully decorated but not as clean, updated, and bright as the pictures make it seem. Dirty carpet. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were very dark and had a strong musty smell. Wouldn’t recommend for someone with allergies. Diffuser sticks were placed throughout the apartment to help with musty smell. We kept the windows open as much as possible. We loved the new Korean restaurant, Seoul Story, that is across the street from the apartment.

I am quite disappointed to receive only 2 stars rating as all our previous feed back was only the highest marks. I wish you had contacted me during your stay as we always happy to offer extra cleaning services and accommodate our guests needs. Our original Georgian building is dated back to 18th century as most of the properties in Bath and due to its age and structure can feel a bit dated compare to other modern buildings. But we strongly believe that it as well brings a lot of character and a whole experience for our guests who come to visit historical city of Bath. Wow! The apartment was beautiful! Super stylish and comfortable and the perfect location

We stayed with our three small children (4, 2 and 7 months) and another family with a 3 year old. The central location was perfect for us with so many little ones who tire easily if they have to walk too far. Also right next to the thermal spa, perfect for a pamper session! 15 minute walk to an amazing kids playground and scooter park in Victoria Park and lovely duck pond. We spent a whole day there. The apartment itself couldn’t have been better. Super stylish yet comfortable and relaxed feel. Very comfortable beds and cosy bedrooms we looked forward to sleeping in each night. Gorgeous bathrooms. We really enjoyed cooking and having adult dinners in the kitchen-diner. Extra special to have fluffy towels and organic toiletries available to use. Great games cupboard for kids too. Very well equipped throughout and we all loved all of the gorgeous crockery!! Looking forward to coming again soon!

Nice base for a 50th Birthday Weekend in Bath

Regency Apartment provided a great base for our family trip to Bath. The apartment was very well positioned for the city centre, 2 min walk to the Thermae Spa, 5 mins from the Roman Baths and Train station and pretty much convenient for everything the city has to offer. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, nice living room and lovely bedrooms and was decorated in a very interesting style with a myriad of paintings, and interesting furniture. The apartment is on the top floor with 38 steps to the front door and then a further flight to the bedrooms which may be a little difficult for those with mobility issues. Anastasia our host dealt with all my questions carefully and promptly. Parking is tricky outside the property as far as we could see for residents only but there is a large council car park 2 mins away where we parked our car for the entire weekend. First impressions of the property I have to admit were not great as the stairs up to the apartment are somewhat shabby, and the (excellent) Vietnamese restaurant adds an interesting aroma in this area of the building, but we had a great stay.

Perfect location

We had a lovely few days staying in this characterful property. It was perfectly located for the centre of Bath and we enjoyed the ability to wander home from the nearby sites and have meals in the kitchen and read the papers in the sitting room. Very convenient and easy access for Bath centre. The property was tastefully decorated in style befitting the building but was lacking a little on practical aspects -wardrobe space, shelves in bathroom, en suite door that could be closed, lights for evening reading etc.

We booked the apartment for a 3 night stay over Christmas. The apartment was beautifully decorated and immacutally clean. There was a slight issue with the fridge and this was immediately resolved. Situation of the apartment is superb in terms of being in central Bath and easy parking Would throughly recommend

I have lived in Bath for more than 10 years and am totally in love with the city. I first came as a student for my Masters Degree at Bath University and later met my future husband. Now I work as a tour guide and love to share my knowledge with my guests looking for the little gems of Bath. The city is famous for its beautiful Georgian architecture and the apartment offers guests a lovely experience staying in a classical and stylish setting.
I have two small children myself and totally understand what its like to travel with kids - that's why I have tried to make the apartment feel homely with a good selection of toys and board games to occupy the little ones.
