About this property

Whimsical Mountain retreat with gorgeous views and privacy.

Ken and I offer a private mountainside retreat just 15 minutes drive from downtown Asheville and 8 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway which offers endless hiking trails, views, and waterfalls.
Guests stay in a private bedroom, bathroom, hallway area separated from the shared space by a sliding "barn door." You are welcome to enjoy use of the back deck, kitchen, and living room (with wood burning fireplace). My husband and I are the only other people in the home. I also enjoy making breakfast for my guests when I am available (which is most of the time).
There is a fire pit and also a lovely mountainside swimming pool available in season.
God has blessed us with a beautiful home and we'd like to share it with you.
Due to our moral standards we ask that couples wanting to book in our home be married. However, an alternate option for you would be our LOFT where that rule is more flexible. To book this, go to VRBO #1123338
(see pictures # 11 - 17) This is a separate building on our property, private entrance, and is an additional $30 per night. Breakfast is still available most mornings.

I can’t say enough positive about this stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. The space was very clean and comfortable. It had to be one of the most comfortable getaways we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed the pool that they offered, which was peaceful with beautiful setting all around. I would definitely recommend staying here again. I hope to be back!
