Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from August 4 through April 1. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.
• This unit specifically will not have balcony access from late-August to mid-December.
• Loud construction noise should be expected throughout the entire project period.

The rental was exactly as listed if not better. The view was amazing. We had a couple of hiccups but a quick text to the property managers and the issues were resolved. The rental was clean and the layout was perfect.

We would stay here again!

We had a great time on our last minute vacation, overall the property was very clean and well kept, employees were friendly and very helpful. The view was breathtaking! If I had to say anything negative the floors could have used a good cleaning, but overall the condo was wonderfully and we would gladly stay here again!

Amazing Spring Break Experience!

My friends and I loved our stay at this property! We came down and the check in process was so simple, and it was so easy to communicate with the host when I had questions. The rooms were so clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths along with bedding options. The kitchen had lots of cups, plates, and silverware. The only things I wish were a little more stocked were the trash bags (we only got two per trash can for the whole stay) and maybe a few kitchen items like cooking spray, salt, and pepper. Other than that it was amazing, and we ended up wanting to add another night to our vacation. I just messaged the host through the app and got a fast response saying we were all set! I would 100% recommend this property. The ease of planning aside, the views were beautiful. I LOVED the massive balcony and the massive windows overlooking the beach in the rooms!

Wonderful Accommodations

This condo rental was awesome! It was well equipped and comfortable. The whole building was so clean around the lobbies where you get on the elevator, and the breeze ways. The location is perfect and close to everything you could need. We had no issues with anything while we were there and would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks for a great vacation.

ITS ALL ABOUT THE VIEW.

Upon entering the unit, it was just as pictured on the website. I chose this resort because of the accessibility of the balcony from both bedrooms and the overall spaciousness of the unit. There's nothing like waking up to a view of the ocean and the sound of waves. This unit delivered all the things I look for in a beach resort.

Awesome Location!

We enjoyed our weeks stay so much! The condo is in the perfect location and has an amazing view! We always like to eat at Pineapple Willy's and it's just a short walk from the condo (less than 5 minutes on the beach). The condo has all the utensils you need if you like to prepare your own meals as well. There is a Walmart less than a 5 minute drive, and if you like organic markets, there is The Fresh Market about 10 minutes away! The appliances are nice and so are the furnishings! We really loved the mattresses too! We also enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, or just sitting out there spending time together! The condo is located on the 8th floor and there is hardly a wait on the elevators, they are super quick. If I had to list anything that might need improvement, it would be the air conditioning. Overall, it was an amazing trip! Thank you for your hospitality :)

Great condo and location, poor management service

Enjoyed a great stay at this very nice property, great location close to amenities and right on the oceanfront. Condo was exactly as described, well stocked with all the necessities, and maintained in generally good condition. Unfortunately, we found the management company all but impossible to reach when maintenance assistance was needed. On our arrival, we identified problems with cleaning, kitchen lighting that was not working, and the main sliding doors to the balcony were damaged and had not been fixed prior to our stay. This was not disclosed prior to our visit, and the management company was completely unreachable throughout our stay - we phoned, left messages, sent texts, all to no avail. We finally were able to report the problem on our last day when a site manager stopped by unexpectedly to leave supplies for housekeeping. She reported the damage back to management, unfortunately too late to be of help to us. We spent the entire trip having to walk back and forth through the bedrooms to get to the balcony. The condo overall was lovely and we had a great trip, but the management here was a major letdown.

Loved this unit!

The layout is not common for what you typically find in the panhandle. The unit runs lengthwise to the beach vs a front to back. The 2nd bedroom suite, living room and primary suite all had access to the very large balcony! It was perfect. My son and his friend got to wake up and enjoy the sun and waves or walk out onto the balcony right from their room. The floor to ceiling windows in each room were amazing!! The beach was nice and not too crowded, like next door. And the beach chairs that came with the rental just gave it the cherry on top and made all the difference in the world to me!! Thank you for that extra!! The unit was clean upon arrival. The management company stopped by the next morning to see if we arrived ok and if we needed anything- that was also a nice touch. We did maintenance for one small issue, expecting not to hear from them for 24-48 hours. Turns out they came to address the issue within 45 minutes!! It was just a bracket that rusted through on one of the wicker seats on the balcony. The unit is nicely updated, tastefully decorated, and had all of the kitchen supplies that you would ever need. We truly enjoyed this layout, location, unit and management company! I would get this unit again and again!! Thank you for a wonderful week!

It was late when we got there, There was not a single light on so you couldn't see a thing, it smelt musky and dingy, the beds were awful, mattresses were so uncomfortable. It was in need of major updates. The photos make it look way prettier then it actually is.

The condo itself was great… the only complaint would be that the building appeared to be under construction. One of the elevators was shut down and the other had visible sheathing showing… and there was tape all over the handrails and scaffolding right outside of our balcony. Other than that (which I know isn’t the condo owners fault) it was a perfect stay

Perfect for beach stay. Rooms nice and kitchen supplied great! It would have been nice to have chairs and umbrella supplied with rental like I have had before staying on property or at least a couple of folding chairs to take to beach as well as beach towels. Perfect for family or couple needing to get away! Plenty of places to visit and eat.

A lot of space, great views, very clean, nice pool area, and comfortable! Will definitely be looking at returning! I’ve stayed a handful of places in PCB over the years and this was my favorite sport.
