Villa by the sea

About this space
This seaside villa is for true nature lovers. The large garden, practically an oasis, borders the sea. 7 km away is the village of Pachino where you can stock up on everything you need (supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, medical guard). The villa is reachable by car from Catania airport. 12 km away is the movement of the village of Marzamemi, 28 km from Noto (UNESCO site of the Sicilian Baroque) , 59 km from Syracuse with the beautiful Ortigia etc...
The space
Large living room/kitchen, open space, joins through large windows to the patio that overlooks the garden. A sliding door divides it from the hallway of the sleeping area where a bathroom and the three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Only one of the bedrooms has direct access to the garden and the other two have a window. In the garden, a gate takes you to the sea while a driveway leads to showers, an outdoor one and an indoor one.
Guest access
Inside the property there is another old house, the two houses are independent except for the car parking located for both at the entrance of the property itself.

Bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in and check-out are only available on Saturdays.

The house's water system, like all the other houses in the area, is served by an underground tub that the host always keeps supplied by calling buses.
