Primary Guest Identity & ID Verification: No third-party bookings are permitted per our policy. The person who booked the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. We reserve the right to request a government-issued photo ID upon check-in to verify identity. Unverified arrivals or third-party check-ins will be denied entry without a refund.
No Shoes Indoors ($50 Special Cleaning Fee): Please remove shoes upon entry to help keep our original historic hardwood floors immaculate. A $50 cleaning fee will apply for shoe marks or deep floor cleaning.
No Unregistered Guests / No Visitors ($250 Fee per Unregistered Person / Immediate Cancellation): Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Unregistered guests will incur a $250 fee per person per day and may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
No Commercial Activity ($500 Fine & Immediate Eviction): Commercial events, filming, photo shoots, or business transactions of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violators will face a $500 fine and immediate removal from the property.
Bedding & Capacity Limits: Accommodations are strictly limited to the queen bed and living room sofa bed.
Strict Checkout & Unauthorized Late Stays ($100/Hour Penalty): Checkout is strictly at 11:30 AM to allow time for deep cleaning. Anyone remaining past checkout time without prior written approval will be assessed $100 per hour and considered trespassing under local law.

We have renovated the bungalows with care as it is located in St. Vincent historic district. We have enhanced and preserved many of its historical details.
