Excellent transport links at Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town give you access to central London and Gatwick Airport, whilst the green spaces of Wandsworth Common are on the doorstep. There is a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk.

The lounge gives you an attractive and relaxing place to kick back and relax or make the most of the free Wi-Fi. There is a comfy sofa bed in the living area for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip - the tv is a widescreen tv with SKY TV and Netflix included.

The kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! The bathroom will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. The bathroom also has a bath for guests to use so you can soak, unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing or business!

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
